Strict Cancellation Policy
Cadenza Miami enforces a strict cancellation policy for all reservations.
30+ Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Important Details
No-Shows
Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.
Early Departure
Checking out earlier than your reserved checkout date does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining nights.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Please contact us as early as possible to request modifications.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen circumstances.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us directly. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. The date the request is received will determine refund eligibility.
